The room

Eat, drink, gather.

One-North is the after-work and weekend anchor for founders, teams and NTU alumni. A broad, all-day menu runs from Italian classics and grills to a proper Indian table — curries, biryani and fresh breads — and local favourites like laksa and mee goreng. The bar runs till late; when the night calls for it, the same room becomes the Tropical.

Slow-Cooked 4-Hour Beef Cheek$24
Four unhurried hours in a deep red-wine braise, until the beef gives way at the touch of a fork. Set over creamy mash with seasonal greens — the room's quiet showstopper.

Fish Curry Meal Box$16
A coastal-style fish curry, gently tangy and warm with spice, brought as a full plate with fragrant rice, tempered dal and warm tandoor naan — the Indian table, in one box.

Norwegian Grilled Salmon$18
A generous fillet, pan-seared to a burnished edge and finished in bright lemon butter, with sautéed vegetables and soft mash. Clean, confident, all-day good.
