Niharika Pte Ltd (“PEN & INC”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data when you use penandinc.sg — including the restaurant pages, the function-hall pages at /venues, reservations, delivery and event enquiries.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) you have the right to know what we hold, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent. Our Data Protection Officer is Ankit Jain, who can be reached at connect@njgroup.sg.
What we collect
Automatically, when you visit
- IP address, browser type and operating system
- Date and time of access, pages visited and referring URL
- Cookies and similar technologies — only those you have consented to. See our Cookie Policy.
When you give it to us
If you book a table, place a delivery order, enquire about an event, subscribe to our mailing list, apply for a job or contact us, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address and telephone number
- Reservation or event details — date, time, party size, dietary requirements and any notes you choose to add
- Billing or postal address, where a transaction requires it
Dietary requirements and allergy notes are personal data we treat with particular care. We use them only to serve you safely and we do not use them for marketing.

Who we share it with
- Within the NJ Group Collection — where you hold a Collection membership, or a Collection voucher redeemable across our houses.
- Service providers — reservation, payment, delivery and email platforms acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
- Third-party delivery platforms — if you order through a delivery platform rather than direct, that order is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
- Where the law requires it — in response to a legal obligation, regulation or legal process.
- Business transfers — on a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided the recipient agrees to maintain confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Reservation and order records are kept for our accounting and tax obligations; marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them.
Security
We apply appropriate administrative, physical and electronic measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, and we require the same of our service providers.
Your rights
- Access and correction — ask what we hold about you and have it corrected.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from any marketing email, adjust your , or write to us.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data, subject to records we are required to retain.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party websites, including the other houses of the Collection and any delivery platform we may use. This policy does not apply to them; please read theirs.
Changes
We may modify this policy at any time. Changes are posted on this page and the date above is revised. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
